Our client is looking to hire a Logistics Officer. This role is administrative therefore, requires a high level of administration experience, knowledge of transportation, customs documentation, logistics and optimal routing and movement of goods. Duties for this role include ensuring timely delivery of orders to all respective stations, ensuring all documents are accurately completed, all procurement obligations and procedures are met. The incumbent also ensures accurate management of stock levels, accounting and running inventory reports. A good level of experience in using Excel, logistics systems and sales/stock management systems is essential.
