We are looking for suitably qualified personnel to fill in the position of Reservationist for our client in the Tourism Sector. The ideal candidate must have a Diploma or degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position. Duties for this role include managing reservations and bookings, selling Hotel facilities and preparing reports. A strong customer service acumen is a prerequisite.
